Flexibility & Vision 
A Japanese Yoga (Ki-Yoga) session aligned to the element of springtime - internal and external flexibility and vision, which is also useful throughout the year.  A time of new beginnings, a time to think about where we are going with our lives and if the structure we have established is serving our bigger picture.  It is very important to be open and flexible, so we do not get caught up in the “little things” but have a clear vision to follow with patience.  Enjoying the here and now and seeing what we are looking at.  In this Yoga class we will open the sides of the body, lubricate the joints and ligaments with energy and become more flexible, feeling softer around the edges with a relaxed sense of order.
