The Earth element – Awareness & Nourishment
A japanese Yoga (Ki-Yoga) session aligned to the element of late or Indian summer – a time of abundance and knowing what we need to feel nourished., which is also useful throughout the year. 
Indian summer is a time when in nature everything is in abundance, the time just before harvest. If the earth element is in balance we can give as well as take to feel nourished on all levels. We also have the awareness to know what’s good for us or what is needed. 
In this Yoga class we will work strongly to open up into the front of the body, strengthen and increase awareness. We will work into the legs and the tummy to feel more focused and grounded. We will feel more aware, satisfied and grounded.
