The Water element – Confidence & Willpower
A Japanese Yoga (Ki-Yoga) session aligned to the element of winter time a time of going within and stillness. It is also a time to improve confidence and increase our motivation, will & drive. In this yoga class we will be working to create balance and flow in our lives.
In the wintertime we work to strengthen our spine and create a stronger back. When our back, which is our foundation, is strong we feel more confident and can let go of fear more easily. That way we create more flow in our lives; there’s no need to push our self too hard or to hold back. As the ears are connected to the season, hearing within & listening is important. 
We want to feel strong about our self, being supported by our structure. We want the drive to go through life easy & the willpower to achieve our goals without being exhausted or having to push our self too hart. These are the desired outcomes for this season.
