We accept cheques or money order made payable to Ki2life.

Please note that the Gift Voucher has some conditions

• Gift voucher is valid for 12 month
• Gift voucher must be presented on the day of treatment.
• If a gift voucher is lost please notify ki2life as soon as possible so that we may   verify the voucher in our records.
• Gift vouchers will not be honored beyond the expiry date.
• 24 hours notice is required for change of appointment.
• Appointments missed render the gift voucher
• No refunds
